Hell of a ride

Resultado de imagen para bye bye gif

I really liked this experience because it helped me a lot to improve my writing skills and comunicate with other people.

i wrote about a diversity of topics, ones that i liked and others than not so much, but i love the fact that i could explain so many things and my classmates understood  what i was comunicating.

I would like that in the future the blogs were more oriented in the career, like our dreams, variety of

 possible jobs.
Maybe i could use this blog in the future as a recipe dump, i like to cooking sweet things, such as cakes, waffles, pancakes and pies. another thing it could be use it to show pics of the south of Chile, and show the world a little bit of the amazing views we have here.
I'm really happy with these blogs, had a blast writing with my classmates and being able to express my ideas, the topics where funny and  were relaxing to me do it, in between all the stuff and study with another subjects, english was a moment  to have always a good time and forget about my problems.
i hope this blog will live on and continue doing more content.
So this is it for now <3

a tiny tiny world

Resultado de imagen para histologyResultado de imagen para cell gif
My favourite subject of this semester is histology, at first i thought that it would be difficult to learn something that is so dense and complicated, but it turns out that i enjoyed all the lessons, even the theoretical classes. Is like a discover a new world full of tiny things that looks so useless but when you start to comprehend their function, you understand that what are you looking at is looking at one of the mos little life machines that exists.
In laboratory classes i love to see every single detail in the microscope, it took me a while but i learnt how to use it, and now i´m able to identify a wide amount of structures and cells.
It also this subject made me improve my studying routine, because every week we have a quiz and i need to stay up to date to understand everything and could made a good quiz.
Another thing that i love about histology is that we need this method in basically the rest of the career, to find new tipes of cell, discover and preventing diseases and try to come up with new techniques and methods to make the life of animals much better.

Yukon Vet

Resultado de imagen para yukon vetImagen relacionadaDr. Michelle Oakley is the only all-species vet for hundreds of miles in the Yukon Territory in Northern Canada, and she runs her animal clinic in the village of Haines Junction.
An Indiana-native, she earned her undergraduate degree in zoology at the University of Michigan. While studying there, she took her first trip to the Yukon as a field assistant on an arctic ground squirrel ecology study. During that trip, she met and fell in love with local wildland firefighter Shane Oakley, who kept referring to her as "squirrel girl." After marrying Shane, she graduated from Atlantic Veterinary College in 2000 with a doctorate in veterinary medicine, and shortly after that worked for 9 years as the wildlife veterinarian & regional biologist for Yukon's Fish & Wildlife department. Dr. Oakley also interned at the Calgary Zoo, where she regularly returns to provide relief vet services. She works as an on-call vet for the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, and the American Bald Eagle Foundation. She runs specialized wildlife capture and conservation programs throughout Canada, and also in Scandinavia, Sri Lanka and Europe.

What she does?
She can perform surgeries on bears, hunt down sick endangered animals or anesthetize with a dart a bison. And taking care of the farm animals that requires her help.
Personally i like her job because she is able to interact, even indirectly, with bears. I love bears and one day i hope to work with bears and learn more about them.

look into my eyes, and tell me what you see...

My biggest fear is being a failure in the university and to my family, because i want to make them proud by doing one of the things that make me happy, sometimes i feel like everything is going down and things doesn't go the right way i just feel like i don't deserve to be in this place, that i'm no capable of complete this career. It takes weeks for me to recover and a lot of conversations to reassure myself that i can make my dreams come true.
In moments also feel that i'm a  bad person, that i'm don't deserve the love of my family and boyfriend.
In the other hand, sometimes i get really scared of some videogames, sounds dumb, hahahaha but really there are games that make an awesome job in putting a scary environment and a good creepy history with screamers and persecution can make me lose my sleep in the nights. A good example is SCP containment breach and the Outlast Saga.
Thalassophobia is an intense and persistent fear of the sea, large bodies of water, and sea waves, is something that could cause me some fear, because in the beach sometimes the sea is very wild.

Fluffy Bois

Whenever i feel sad, i look at this photo and remember the true blessing that was this event. It's really  important to me, because it shows Ara's puppies, it was taken by me about a week after (back in April)  they were born. It was such a nice and warm afternoon and the puppies were fast asleep after they drink from their mom, Ara took opportunity of this and went to walk around the house while i was watching them sleep. They looked so peaceful and cute that i had to take a picture.
She gave birth to a 6 healthy and big doggos. With they i learned a lot of new things, such as keep an eye on the mom´s feeding time, the dogs keeping a good temperature, a clean environment, avoiding the cats gets too close to the dogs  and that they have their shots on time. And most important in that time i only felt  love from them, the way they were, their little cries, and even when they fought to drink more milk or when they first opened their eyes and began to discover their little new world. They still are a part of me, even if they are with another families now, i would always remember them like the little babies who too steal my heart.

My sons

they could pass all the day drinking from his mom
I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. let's start with the kitties! my brother adopted Niebla when she was already pregnant, she is almost 2 years  old now and her fur is a shiny shade of gray. She gave birth to 4 little balls of joy, 3 of them were very identical to their father  and the other was  identical to her mom. We stayed with Niebla, Bizcocho and Neblina, their mom doesn't like to stay with them, but the brothers like to play a lot, i really love them because they are our first cats! and they like to sleep with us and keep us company, the best part is when they are about to sleep and start to purr, the best sensation ever!. In november 26th they would be 1 year old.
they love sleeping on top of shoes
Ara was really exhausted after giving birth

they were very big, in this photo they were just 1 month old!
My dog, Ara gave birth to 6 little doggos!. She is 2 and half years old. The puppies grew really fast and they loved to stay with their mom and suckle her. after 3 months we give in adoption 5 of them and we stay with Belcebu, he is a little beast that loves to run and play with me, also love pestering his mother with little bites and with his paws. I adore my dogs, i really feel a special connection with them, as a part of my life, and i think i can't live without them, they helped me through rough times and always were there to make me feel alive and happy again.
